Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 30, 2026

EmailSuite (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using EmailSuite, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

EmailSuite is designed to be used without registration. We collect minimal information to operate the service:

  • Temporary email addresses — generated randomly or on request; stored only for the duration of the session or until expiry.
  • Incoming email messages — stored temporarily in Redis and automatically deleted when the inbox expires.
  • IP addresses and usage logs — collected for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention purposes.
  • Browser / device information — standard server-side request metadata (user-agent, referrer) used for analytics.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, payment details, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily contact us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and serve temporary email addresses.
  • To deliver incoming emails to your temporary inbox.
  • To prevent abuse, spam, and automated attacks on our service.
  • To analyse aggregate usage trends and improve the service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention

Temporary inboxes and their messages are automatically deleted after the session expires (typically 1 hour unless extended). Aggregate, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely. Server access logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.

4. Cookies & Tracking

EmailSuite may use a small number of essential cookies (e.g. session identifiers) required to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g. hosting, Redis cloud) to operate the service. These providers process data only on our behalf and are bound by data processing agreements.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

EmailSuite is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the service, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not collect personal data tied to an identity, there is typically no personal profile to access or delete. If you have a specific concern, contact us at the address below and we will do our best to assist.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
