1. Description of Service

EmailSuite provides free, temporary disposable email addresses. Messages sent to these addresses are viewable for a limited period and then permanently deleted. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for legitimate privacy protection purposes only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use EmailSuite to:

• Send, receive, or facilitate spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications.
• Register for services in violation of those services' terms.
• Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or organisation.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or other security measures.

3. No Account Required

EmailSuite does not require registration. Temporary inboxes are tied to a session or password and expire automatically. We are not responsible for any loss of access or data once an inbox expires.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store personally identifiable information and emails are deleted after expiry.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmailSuite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are the property of EmailSuite or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
